The quota is only one instrument among many to achieve parity in leadership positions, recruiting processes or promotion structures. With Katrin Terwiel we will talk to an absolute expert in this field: Together with Katrin we will discuss how we can establish quotas within our organizational structure. When we talk about opportunities and risks of data-based diversity management, we also have to consider legal and intercultural differences in data collection.
