February is also Black History Month here. In this interactive lecture, Ellen Wagner will talk about the significance of this month for Germany and explain what Black History Month is all about and why we should all celebrate it. We will talk about the relevance of Black people’s achievements and the danger of racist stereotypes, especially in everyday working life. And, of course, how we can put the knowledge we have gained into practice: After this lecture, participants will be equipped with strategies and impulses for action to do so.
